The main documents required to fill out an enterprise card are the constituent documents of the organization. According to Art. 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, these include documents on the basis and on which the organization carries out its activities, these are:

  • charter;
  • memorandum of association;
  • certificate of registration of a legal entity;
  • tax registration certificate.

The last two points are not mandatory, but they confirm the law-abiding nature of the enterprise and its registration with government agencies.

Constituent documents must contain the following information:

  • name of the legal entity;
  • the activity it carries out;
  • the location of its head office;
  • management order.

Important! The charter of the enterprise is the main document of the enterprise, and if there are any contradictions between it and other documents of the enterprise, the norms of the charter always apply.

How to fill out a business card and what to pay attention to

The enterprise card is the face of the organization and provides counterparties with preliminary information about the organization’s activities and the possible scope of services it provides. It must contain the following information:

  • full and abbreviated name of the organization;
  • legal address of its location;
  • official website address;
  • contact numbers and waxing numbers;
  • Bank details;
  • logo, advertising image or trademark of a legal entity. Required to view existing advertising campaigns and videos. This will allow the potential client to become more familiar with the organization’s activities;
  • the time during which the company operates. This can also significantly increase the chances of receiving a contract and will make it possible to assess the solidity of the enterprise if it has been on the market for several years;

  • other data that will help your future partner form a positive opinion about you. This can be a partnership with well-known companies or well-known individuals, or persons well-known in their field of activity who manage your company. Important! There is no specific form or restrictions on filling out the card regulated by law.

Therefore, the filling and appearance of the card depend only on your desire, but it is most convenient to use a table, in this form all the most significant data is immediately visible.

All data must correspond to the data specified in the constituent documents of the organization. If there is a complete change or change in the name, logo, legal address or some other identification parameter of the enterprise, all changes are duplicated on its card.

Document structure: required details

There is no single template for a business card. Companies develop the structure and format of paper independently. It is allowed to use company letterheads to issue a company card.

Make a card in any form. But take into account the requirements for mandatory details. Please include the following information on your detailed business card:

  6. Information about the applied taxation system. If a company combines several modes, then it is recommended to indicate the SNO for each type of OKVED. This may be fundamentally important for future partners.
  7. FULL NAME. and the position of the head of the company or full name. private businessman.
  8. Legal, actual and postal addresses.
  9. Contact details for communication. Indicate phone, fax, email, and messenger numbers (if available).
  10. Bank details for payments. Decipher the information:
  • name of the bank or other financial institution in which the company’s current account is opened;
  • BIC of a banking organization and correspondent account;
  • current account, if necessary, indicate a personal account (relevant for public sector employees).

You can create a business card either on plain paper or on company letterhead. The main requirement is information content: the list must contain all the basic data about the organization:
