– I have a planned medical examination this year. The employer gave me one day to complete the test. What to do if you didn’t have time to undergo medical examination in one day? Is it possible to continue the next day, wouldn't it be absent from work?
– Labor legislation guarantees employees the right to be released from work in order to undergo free medical examination. This obligation is regulated by Art. 185.1 of the Labor Code. This is a relatively new article of labor law: until 2021, workers could not legally take time off once a year in order to spend it at the clinic for medical examinations.
