In order to make a payment for a service provided or a product purchased, only two things are needed:

  1. All payment details. Usually they are provided in full, but if something is missing, you will have to separately request information from the counterparty.
  2. Sufficient amount in the account.

To connect to Sberbank Online you need:

  1. Go to the official website of the financial institution in question.
  2. In the upper right corner, find the personal account icon and click on it.
  3. Click on the registration button on the login page that opens in your personal account.
  4. Enter your Sberbank card number and click on the “Continue” button.
  5. An SMS notification with a code will be sent to the phone number associated with the card in question. You will need to enter it in the window that appears and click on the “Continue” button again.
  6. In a new window, the client will receive a login and password for authorization in the system. In the future, they can be changed by installing any option that suits the client.
  7. After this, you should return to the authorization window and enter your login and password. Click on the “Login” button.
  8. An SMS message with a verification code will be sent to your phone number again. It is entered in the window that opens. After this, the client receives full access to the system.

What should the displayed document look like?

An invoice intended for making payment for a product or service cannot be confused with any other document. Accurate information is entered into it, for example, the details of the supplier company to which the funds are sent. The validity period of the paper is written. In some cases, the buyer can find here the day on which the invoice began to be valid.

The supplier's details, name and telephone number with address (if present) are also indicated. Includes information about the buyer - an individual or other company. The item being paid for, its cost, quantity and full amount to be paid is described.


An invoice for payment

The paper must be signed by the head and senior accountant of the company. Without a signature, the invoice provided for payment of services does not become valid, as well as without the organization’s seal.

Important! In Russia, almost everywhere the same invoice forms are used, designed to pay for purchased goods. If there are differences, they are insignificant, and basic information is always indicated.

How to pay a bill through Sberbank Online?

You can actually pay your bill in two ways - online from your phone or also online, but from your computer. Despite the fact that payments from the phone may seem more convenient due to the fact that they are not tied to a specific location, it is recommended to make payments using a computer at least for the first time. In the future, the operation can be saved in templates and used both on a computer and on a mobile phone. There are two main payment options - by the name of the organization or by details. Let's look at both.

Agreement

When concluding a transaction, the parties enter into an agreement between themselves, which stipulates all the conditions and details of future business transactions: terms of shipment of goods, performance of work or provision of services, time for payment, payment method, etc.

Additionally, the contract records data on the subject of the transaction and the price. The rights and obligations of the parties also need to be spelled out to make it easier to resolve possible disputes in court.

It is optimal if each transaction is formalized in a separate agreement. But companies often enter into one general agreement with regular counterparties for a number of similar transactions at once. Draw up two copies of the agreement with seals and signatures of the parties on each.

A written form of agreement is not always necessary. For example, for a purchase and sale transaction, the document confirming the conclusion is a cash receipt or sales receipt.

Organizational translation

This option is considered a priority for many reasons. There is no need to enter most of the details, there is less chance of errors, it is easier to search, and so on. The only drawback is that the required organization/firm/company may simply not exist in the Sberbank directory. As a result, you will have to enter all the data manually. But first, let’s look at the payment option by organization name:

  1. Log in as shown above.
  2. Go to the “Transfers and Payments” tab.
  3. Scroll down the page to the search bar.
  4. Enter the name of the desired organization/company/firm. In theory, you can find it manually, among the proposed categories, but it is much faster to immediately search by name.
  5. Find the organization you need and select it.
  6. Fill in all required details. Most of them will “catch up” on their own, but the payer’s data, payment amount and some other information are filled in automatically only in some cases.
  7. After filling in the data, you need to double-check it and confirm the operation. For this purpose, another SMS notification will be sent.

What is primary documentation in accounting?

An example of a “primary document” in accounting is any document confirming transactions of a taxpayer. We are talking about transactions that are related to the economic activities of the organization and make economic sense.

All primary accounting documentation is described in Federal Law No. 402-FZ “On Accounting”. Documents must be collected and executed in accordance with this law in order to confirm expenses and prove to the Federal Tax Service the correctness of the calculation of the tax base.

The primary document must be drawn up at the time of the business transaction, since the document confirms its completion. Typically this is done by the supplier. The list of primary accounting documentation accompanying the transaction depends on the type of transaction and may differ. You need to be especially careful about the documents for transactions in which you are the buyer, since these are your expenses and you are more interested in the correct execution of documents than the supplier. The tax office may not credit the “primary” with errors.

Payment by details

Payment of a bill through Sberbank is also possible using the details. This is only relevant if a suitable company is not in the directory. To do this, you need:

  1. Log in to your personal account.
  2. Go to the payments section.
  3. Select a category.
  4. Fill in the details (this time absolutely everything).
  5. Recheck the data. Considering the fact that nothing is filled in automatically in this case, you need to check it very carefully.
  6. Enter the payment amount and confirm the transaction.

Reminder for preparing an invoice for payment

Dear Colleagues! We inform you that from October 28, 2021, the Accounting Department will accept invoices for payment drawn up as follows:

1. The invoice for payment must contain all the required details that allow identifying the parties to the document flow, the reason for issuing the document and its amount:

  1. date and document number;
  2. name of the counterparty (supplier);
  3. bank details of the counterparty (supplier);
  4. buyer's name;
  5. bank details, legal and postal address of the buyer;
  6. name, quantity and cost of goods, works, services;
  7. amount to be paid, including VAT (if any);
  8. signatures of the manager and chief accountant with mandatory decoding.

2. The invoice must be marked with the visa of the manager with a decoding of the full name, position and date.
3. All invoices are accepted for payment within 10 business days from the date of issue.

*Invoices for payment dated 2021, paid after more than a month, give counterparties the right to file a claim with us for untimely fulfillment of payment obligations for goods (work, services) supplied, taking into account that contracts, as a rule, establish a condition for terms of fulfillment of obligations by the parties.

Requirements in writing of the chief accountant regarding compliance with the established procedure for documenting the facts of economic life, submission of documents (information) necessary for accounting, are mandatory for all employees of an economic entity.

There are other ways to pay bills. They are relevant if there is no access to a computer or phone. In addition, alternative options are often preferred by people who do not work well on the Internet.

At a Sberbank branch

The simplest, but also the most inconvenient option. The simplicity lies in the fact that the client practically does not need to do anything - the operator will do everything. All that remains is to transfer the money or make a payment by card. The inconvenience is that you will have to look for the nearest branch, somehow get there and wait for your turn. Brief instructions:

  1. Select the appropriate department. For example, using a special service on the bank’s website.
  2. Appear there in person, taking with you your account (payment details), money/card and identification document.
  3. Wait for your turn.
  4. Explain the essence of the request to the operator/manager.
  5. Wait for the documents to be processed.
  6. Pay the bill.
  7. Receive a payment receipt.

In the Sberbank terminal

The general principle is similar to both payment at a bank branch and through Sberbank Online. First you need to find a suitable ATM. This can be done using the same service shown above. How to pay a bill in online banking or with an electronic wallet

If you have chosen “Bank transfer (individuals)” as payment for your order and received an invoice from our manager, you can go to the nearest branch of any commercial bank and make payment there, but the most convenient and modern way will be to pay through your personal account on the Internet bank, as well as payment systems and electronic wallets.

Internet banking and electronic wallets are very convenient modern remote services that allow clients to perform various operations with their bank and electronic accounts online.

In use, online banking and payment systems are as simplified and understandable as possible. First, you need to log in to the system you want to use to pay your bill. To do this, upon request, you must enter the login and password that you received during registration. The password can be permanent, or it can be one-time and you will receive an SMS message every time you log into your personal account (depending on the bank and payment system). Please note that some banks and services may charge a commission of 1 to 5% depending on the transfer amount.

To pay an invoice through the Yandex.Money you must:

1. Follow the link to the Yandex.Money website: https://money.yandex.ru/ and log in to the system using your “Login” and “Password”.

2. On the main page of your personal account, select “Payment for services” in the left menu.

3. On the “Payments for services” page, select the “Receipts” menu.

4. In the “TIN or organization name” line, enter the TIN of our company, which you can find in the details of the invoice sent to you by email. And click the "Continue" button.

5. The system itself will insert data from the register of legal entities, but for reliability, it will not be superfluous to check them with the received invoice. After checking the data, click “Continue”.

6. Fill in the fields:

  • “Payer's Full Name” is your full name or the name of the person paying the invoice.
  • “Category” - select “Invoice for goods or Purpose of payment” - indicate “Payment for order No...”, where No. indicate the invoice number received by mail.
  • “VAT” - select “Not indicated on the receipt.”
  • “Amount” - enter the amount from the “Total payable” column.
  • “Written off” is the total amount you will pay, taking into account the commission of the Yandex.Money service. This field will be filled in automatically by the system.

7. Select the most convenient payment method and click on the “Pay” button.

9. The system will notify you that the payment has been successfully completed, send an electronic receipt, and the payment will appear in the “Transaction History”. As soon as the funds are credited to our account, we will transfer your order to the transport service, of which we will notify you by email. Enrollment period is from 1 to 3 working days.

To pay a bill through the QIWI Wallet you must:

1. Follow the link to the QIWI Wallet website: https://qiwi.com and log in to the system using your phone number and “Password”.

2. In the main menu, select “Payments and transfers”.

3. Next, select “Banking Services”.

4. Select “Payment by details”.

5. Fill in all fields using the details from the invoice sent to your email.

  • “Recipient's account number” - current account number (r/account).
  • “VAT” - select “Not taxed”.
  • “Recipient type” - indicate “Commercial organizations”.
  • “Payment speed” - select at your discretion.
  • “BIC of the recipient's bank” - the BIC column in the account.
  • “Name of recipient”—the Recipient column in the invoice.
  • “Recipient's TIN” - TIN column in the invoice.
  • “Recipient's checkpoint” - the checkpoint column in the invoice.
  • “Payment purpose” - indicate “Payment for order No...”, where No. indicate the invoice number received by mail.
  • “Last name of the payer”, “First name of the payer”, “Middle name of the payer” - your full name or the person paying the invoice.
  • “Amount” - enter the amount from the “Total payable” column.

6. Next, click “Make payment” and follow the system prompts. As soon as the funds are credited to our account, we will transfer your order to the transport service, of which we will notify you by email. The payment processing time is from 1 to 3 working days.

To pay a bill through the Sberbank Online you must:

1. Follow the link to the Sberbank website: https://online.sberbank.ru and log in to the system using your “Login” and “Password”.

2. On the main page of your personal account, go to the “Transfers and Payments” tab.

3. In the menu that opens, select the “Organization transfer” item.

4. Next, you need to fill in the recipient’s details. All data is indicated in the issued invoice - account number (current account), INN and BIC of the bank. Here we select the card (Debit Account) from which the payment will be made. For transfers, you can only use bank cards, so take care of the required non-cash amount in advance. Click the “Continue” button.

5. The Sberbank Online system itself will determine and substitute all the necessary data for our company from the classifier. All you have to do is fill in your details, marked with an asterisk. At this step, enter your full name. and click on the “Continue” button.

6. Next, in the “Payer’s Address” field, enter your address, and in the “Payment Purpose” field, indicate “Payment for order No. (your order number)” and click on the “Continue” button.

7. In the next step, enter the invoice amount and click on the “Confirm via SMS” button. Please note that the bank may charge a fee for this transaction.

8. Enter the code from SMS and confirm the action. Be careful, Sberbank never sends messages to its clients with codes for canceling or canceling transactions. Only scammers engage in such activities. If you encounter this situation, contact a bank branch or call the Help Desk.

9. If you did everything correctly, Sberbank Online will notify you that the payment was successfully completed. To pay a Tinkoff you need to:

1. Go to the authorization page and log into your personal account https://www.tinkoff.ru/login/. To log in, use your username and password.

2. In your personal account, select the “Payments” tab.

3. On the “Payments” page in the “Transfers” menu, find the “Organizations” icon and click on it.

4. In the drop-down menu, select “Legal entity”.

5. In the window that opens, fill in all the fields based on the invoice received. In the payment purpose, indicate the order number you are paying for. And click on the “Translate” button. As a rule, the bank does not charge any commission.
