The order must be prepared, signed and brought to the attention of the employee against signature within three days from the date on which he began to perform his duties. In fact, the execution of this document represents the transfer of information from the employment contract into the fields of the unified T-1 form. How to issue an order for employment
Step 1. Fill out the header
We enter the name of the organization and the eight-digit OKPO code. Please note that we are considering a job order (example) for a fictitious organization, so when filling out your primary documents you will have to enter your own codes.
Step 2. Enter the employee’s personal data
Write down your full name. employee in the genitive case, as well as other information (name of department, position, conditions and nature of work, salary, duration of probation, etc.). Step 3. Assign a number and sign with the manager
Each organization has its own document registration system: some automatically register in electronic programs, others do it manually on paper. Regardless of the registration method, we recommend that you adhere to the following rules:

Step 4. Introduce the employee
The employee must be familiarized with the document confirming the start of his employment with this employer within the first three calendar days. That is, if he began performing his official duties on Friday and has the next two days off, he must be introduced on Friday.

First of all, it is necessary to remember that the order is filled out strictly in the presence of the employee, and is subject to the employment contract. Please note that some information is available:
- 1. Category of company or organization;
- 2. The declared position of the applicant;
- 3. Probation period, if there is one and how long it lasts;
- 4. Conditions that a new employee must comply with;
- 5. Procedure for enrolling an employee.

Order for employment under a fixed-term employment contract (sample), how is it different?
Typically, an order for admission to a specified position is issued by a legal entity. It is mandatory to provide personal information about the employee, his resume and contact information.
Each organization reserves the right to modify the text contained in this document. However, general requirements still exist.
- 1. The content text part is the main and important information platform, which can contain all the necessary information about the employee and a detailed description of the position. Also, as a rule, the salary of the applicant for the position is indicated.
- 2. Indication of a specific person or group of people. Usually the director of the enterprise pays attention to this part.
- 3. Notes.
Termination of a work contract, how does it happen?
As a rule, if an employee intends to terminate a work contract, he must inform the director of the enterprise about this fact, indicating the reason for terminating the document. In this case, it is important to comply with the deadline, which is approximately 14 days. No later than this deadline, the application must be on the desk of the head of the organization. In Russia, there is a special form of termination of an employment contract, which has its own nuances. This format is divided into three main parts, which must include:
- 1. Grounds for termination of the contract.

Order for employment by transfer

When employing employees, the order for their employment is signed by the employer. Industrial practice can be formalized by a civil law or employment contract. In the second case, the student is accepted for a vacant position.

How to fill out a 1-T report
The current form and rules for filling out the 1-T statistics form are approved in Order No. 412. Before you start filling out the document, you need to remember that the 1-T report includes such an indicator as the average number of employees. It can be calculated using the standard formula:
The sum of the average number of employees for all months of the reporting year / 12.
In this case, the average number of employees per month is calculated as follows:
The sum of the payroll number of employees for each calendar day of the month, from the 1st to the 30th or 31st (for February - on the 28th or 29th), including holidays (non-working days) and weekends / number of calendar days of the month.
Statistics requires filling out this document based on information available as of December 31 of the reporting period. Step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the 1-T statistics form for 2021 include the following steps.
Step 1. Fill out the title page (page 1). It must indicate:
- reporting period;
- full name of the organization and a short name in brackets next to it;
- legal address of the legal entity indicating the subject of the Russian Federation and the index;

- OPKO code assigned by Rosstat.

Section 1 should indicate the average number of employees of the organization, broken down by industry. Take into account all persons working under employment contracts, including those performing temporary or seasonal work, and the owners of the organization if they receive a salary. The average headcount traditionally does not include external part-time workers, persons with whom civil contracts have been concluded, employees on maternity leave, and employees on study leave. Information about external part-time workers and GPA workers is indicated in separate columns.
Step 3. Fill out page 3.
We reflect the wage fund of the payroll, external part-time workers and employees according to the GPA. We indicate whether social payments were made to employees. The calculation includes all payments: wages (including in non-monetary form), fees, commissions, additional payments, bonuses (the full list is given in paragraph 7 of Rosstat’s instructions - see Rosstat order No. 404 dated July 15, 2019). Social payments mean payment for vouchers, sanatoriums, and sports subscriptions (clause 8 of the instructions). Sick leave is not included in the final calculation.
Form 1-T in statistics is certified by the signature of the responsible official of the organization. Indicate the date of completion of the T-1 report and indicate the telephone number and email address of the contractor for communication.
