How to fill out registration information

1. Select the “PFR” menu in Contour.Extern.

2. Click on the “Registration with the Pension Fund” button.

3. Select “PFR Registration Information”.

4. Fill in the fields:

UPFR code is the code of the Pension Fund branch to which the organization reports. Specify the region using the drop-down list, then select from the directory the code of the Pension Fund Office to which reporting will be provided.
Registration number – registration number of the policyholder assigned by the Pension Fund of Russia branch.
Agreement number - the number assigned to the “Agreement on the exchange of electronic documents in the electronic document management system of the Pension Fund of Russia via telecommunication channels.” If the agreement is not concluded in your region, you must indicate “b/n”.
Date of agreement - the date of conclusion of the agreement with the territorial branch of the Pension Fund. If there is no agreement in your region, you must enter a fictitious date.
Select a certificate for signing reports. To do this, click on the desired certificate.
Click on the “Send information to the Pension Fund” button.

The Pension Fund of Russia requires that reports be signed by the head of the insured organization or a person acting on the basis of a power of attorney with the right to sign reports to the Pension Fund of Russia.

After submitting your registration information, you can immediately begin reporting.

If you change your registration data or signature certificate, make the appropriate changes in the “PFR” menu > “Registration with the Pension Fund” > “PFR Registration Information” and resubmit the registration information.

Important: if the Pension Fund accepts agreements electronically through an unformalized DO (for example, through a letter service), then to send a letter with an agreement when filling out the registration data for the first time, you can specify a fictitious number “0000”.

Important: if the director of the organization has changed, there is no need to notify the funds of the change; the tax office will do this. There is an electronic exchange of information between regulatory authorities. As for re-signing the agreement with the Pension Fund, it is better to clarify this with the fund itself. On the one hand, the legislation does not require the re-conclusion of the agreement in the event of a change of director (Order of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation dated October 11, 2007 N 190r is the document on the basis of which agreements with the fund on electronic document management are concluded). But the agreement can be signed both on behalf of the manager and on behalf of the employee authorized to submit electronic reports by proxy. For example, if the agreement is drawn up specifically for such an employee, there is no need to re-sign anything. But if it is executed on behalf of the director, it is possible that they will be required to renew the agreement.

Let us remind you that registration and deregistration of individual entrepreneurs, notaries engaged in private practice, lawyers, heads of peasant (farm) households in the territorial bodies of the Pension Fund of Russia is carried out on the basis of information received from the tax authorities, with the assignment of a registration number in the Pension Fund of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the entrepreneur’s number ).

Until January 1, 2021, registration of individual entrepreneurs, as well as lawyers, notaries, heads of peasant (farm) households as insurers-employers making payments to individuals - employees, was carried out on the basis of applications submitted to the territorial body of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, with the assignment of the second registration number (hereinafter referred to as employer number ).
